 Nighthawk Seven, Inc. grew out of the necessity for a small, but intense, corporation that would be multifunctional for its owners. The corporate business stretches over many states and regions, but the base of operations is maintained at 1135 Terminal Way, Suite 209, Reno, NV 89502-2168.

The main branch office is located at 5816 Rainbow Heights Road, in Fallbrook, CA 92028-8845.Operations are directed from this location, and it is the mail stop for the corporation.

Nighthawk Seven blossomed from a combination of small companies that were consolidated in 1996. Nighthawk Investigations of Grand Junction, CO, and Nighthawk Arts of both Grand Junction, CO and Fallbrook, CA, joined to form Nighthawk Seven, Inc. The companies also consolidated their products which resulted in the present day growth structure. Although the private investigations portion of the business is closed, the Web Hosting, Art Production and Product Sales components continue to thrive.

In March of 2002, Nighthawk Seven redoubled its efforts to improve and diversify income streams while cultivating and maintaining the familiar small entity that its customers are accustomed to. Presently, the company is heading towards one of its most interesting years since its inception. The beacon of a new era for Nighthawk Seven shines on an exciting new product line from an international importer, a reformed segment of original art sales and design work, and a powerful combination of E-book publishing and authoring, web site design and hosting.
